Protruding Pavers causing a trip hazard

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3086269.
There is a protruding pacer between the tree by the crossing by the Town Hall and the turning to the Island. It's raised by approx 50mm and presenrs a significant trip hazard. I nearly when flying this morning. Several are lifting presumably caused by the tree roots. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AS AN EXCUSE TO FELL THE TREE.
