Library: roadworks sign frame, with no sign

I have reported this multiple times. The roadworks sign is always lying around somewhere (its very windy here), and it's just an empty frame with sandbags. It occasionally falls over, causing even more of a nuisance. Can we please just have this removed? There are multiple signs in the vicinity with the same issue - this is a very windy part of Keynsham and its a very windy time of year. We are all bored and weary of the roadworks now. Can we just remove these and tidy this unaffected bit of town up please?
