During the last 10 days water has been constantly running from garden down the width of service road to access point of public footpath.
Reported via desktop in the Flooding of a road or pavement category anonymously at 16:49, Sun 7 November 2021
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3109440.
This problem has occurred previously. Pedestrians are unable to avoid walking through the running water when car parked in front of no. 26 garage to access public footpath. Water has reached edge of no. 28 garage which may effect storage. Hazard to both pedestrians and garage owners if it freezes. As it did a few years ago when reported. Footpath used by many elderly, mums and toddlers.

We have lived at 26 Lays Drive Keynsham for over 50 years and have never had a problem until recently when work was done in a garden near us which has resulted in running water across a service road which fortunately runs into a drain close to our garage. This occurs after rain.
We are concerned that this flow with silt up the drain and cause flooding.
This has a detrimental effect on the surface. Also this water froze last winter which of course is a danger to local residents who use this area as a footpath.
I look forward to your reply
