Damaged/unsightly bollard at the junction to Batheaston High St

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3110469.

Reported on behalf of the Batheaston Parish Council: I am concerned about the state of the black B&NES Highways bollard that is on the High St (directly opposite the Spar shop) on the turning up into Northend. It has clearly taken a few hits and now looks very unsightly and I am not sure how safe it is any more owing to several impacts by cars, lorries, vans turning out of Northend on to the High St Batheaston. I would be really grateful if you would kindly have this bollard replaced as a matter of urgency please owing to H&S and the unsightly state of it.
