Flashing sign obscured by vegetation

Reported via desktop in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category by Bath and North East Somerset Council at 11:05, Mon 8 November 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3110661.

I am a resident in the Bathhampton area, walking daily the surrounding area however it has come to my notice that one of the road traffic signs is almost impossible to see on it's approach because of tree foliage and this has been the case for too long a time. All traffic signs are very important in particular this sign is a warning informing oncoming traffic of children going to or from school there is also additional flashing lights adjacent to this warning sign also obscured by tree foliage. This makes for a "greater hazard" than should be! Please can the highways maintenance team address this situation. NB: This sign is on the left hand side of Mill lane over the bridge crossing the railway entering Bathhampton.
