Ice hazard on pavement

The pavement at the end of Justice Ave is blocked by water pooling on a drop curb. It has been this way for a while, but with the weather getting colder the water is quite icy and being near the school it has children frequently using the pavement. It is a slip hazard and a road danger as people are walking out in to the road to avoid it.

It looks like there is no drainage on this section of the road so the water has no where to go.
