Public Footpath post damaged by farmer cutting hedge

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 9 hours, 26 minutes later. Council ref: 3119138.

When cutting hedge, farmer has removed the top part of the wooden post and the Public Footpath sign with his machinery, while I watched.

  • This junction is a big danger as drivers can not see oncoming traffic. the sign seems to have slid down the posts blocking the view. It is a high speed accident waiting to happen
