Drain blocked with leaves.

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3124740.

The leaves block the entrance to the drain, not allowing the water to escape from the cutter, leaving a mushy mess in the road that the passing cars splash all over the pavement. NOT GOOD IF YOU ARE WALKING ALONG THE PAVEMENT. The road sweepers seem to clean Clapton Road as far as the School then stop. Need to go as far as Woodside.
