Updates

  • We apologise that light number 1 has been removed and not yet replaced. Unfortunately, given the close proximity of cellars, further assessment needs to be made before the installation of the new column. . This will ensure that the new column is installed in the best way possible with the correct equipment. We hope there will not be too much delay and shall add further updates here when known.

  • Very dangerous without a street light ,I can't see to get my key into lock!! A neighbour has fallen over, an electric scooter had an accident as couldn't see a pothole and a few loud drunks are now hanging around, this is not acceptable.

  • No sign of your contractors this week, which was the scheduled date. It is extremely dark and residents are reduced to using torches to move around. Can you please reassure me / residents that we will not be in this dangerous state over Christmas?

  • We are very sorry for the delay in this work taking place. Unfortunately due to a non standard item being required to aid in installation of the column, our contractors have had to wait longer than expected for the part from their suppliers Our contractors are aware of the need to undertake this work as soon as they can and regret this has not happened before Christmas. We are very sorry for inconvenience caused and will add more information here when known.

  • Please let us know when a new street light will be installed, the end of the street is in complete darkness and very dangerous, why was the old one not put back when the contractors new there was a problem?
