Massive potholes blocked gully and overgrown hedges

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3135330.

This has already been reported but 7 weeks down the line and nothing has been done to rectify this constant reoccurring problem. Please advise what is going to be done about this. Ref 3035743 case number
