Village sign for Dunkerton missing and also requires moving
Reported via desktop in the Road sign damage category anonymously at 10:51, Wed 24 November 2021
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3140979.
The village sign for “Dunkerton” on the south bound grass verge of the A367 travelling from Bath towards Peasedown St John, as you approach the crossroads at Crossways has been missing for some time. The parish council would kindly request that this be reinstalled but at a different location nearer to Dunkerton village.
The parish council would like to see the "Dunkerton" sign located on the grass verge, on the southbound side of the A367 just prior to the lane that provides access to the Old Canal Cottage, and other cottages further along the lane, prior to joining the Fosseway. The proposed location would be opposite the canal lay by.
