Opposite Gather, Robbie's Place, further along opposite Boots the Chemist and further back on the wide pavement next to the Stambridge roundabout in Batheaston High Street

Reported via desktop in the Excessive or dangerous littering category anonymously at 14:38, Thursday 25 November 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 hour, 6 minutes later. Council ref: 3143691.

Fallen leaves have gathered for the last 4-6 weeks (it happens every Autumn) and to date, have not been cleared away. They're now turning to mud underfoot and rain is forecast. This needs to be removed URGENTLY/tomorrow? as the risks are obvious. The drain on the pavement next to the roundabout is blocked so will create a dangerous stagnant pool - the same as last year.
