Bicycle abandoned outside 22 St John's Road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3146693.

The bicycle was abandoned on 25.11.21 in the morning. It is obstructing a very narrow pavement which is used by wheelchair and other vulnerable users.
