Urgent car parking at road works/improvements urgent please

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3147946.

This concerns the top of Beaufort Avenue near the temporary traffic lights = pedestrian improvements at the junction with West Road Welton of Beaufort Avenue and Monger lane. It's difficult as it is at the top of Beaufort Avenue with the road signage and temporary traffic lights. But we have two cars parked by the temporary lights and they cause an access problem. Can no parking signs be placed in Beaufort Avenue in the vicinity of the temporary traffic lights please. Also these road 'improvements' have been carried out without any local consultation at least not with the residents of Beaufort Avenue.
