The storm blew at least 5 recycling bins down the street (why didn't people weigh them down?)

Reported via mobile in the Excessive or dangerous littering category by Andy Stewart at 18:54, Tue 30 November 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3152266.

I spent an hour yesterday retrieving 4 sack fulls from the bank and hedge opposite my street, full bins left out in the storm had clearly been blown down the road and the contents scattered including in the hedge which took flippin ages to pick out..

Could you please use social media and your website etc to tell people not to put bins out when there's forecast to be a storm?
