Cycle lane turning left from Old Bristol Road totally blocked by debris

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 13 hours, 14 minutes later. Council ref: 3154454.

There is a small cycle lane here to enable people on bikes to turn left from Old Bristol Road to A4175 Durley Hill. It has become completely blocked by fly-tipping, leaves and other debris that requires clearing. I first noticed this at the end of October but the problem appears to be much older - I'd guess multiple years.
