On the Wells Road, just south of 145A Wells Road, there is a pothole that spans the entire width of the Wells Road. See pictures attached. When a large vehicle, i.e. a bus or lorry, hits the pothole, particularly when heading northbound down hill, it causes deep thudding noises and vibrations within the property. This happens very regularly given the road is busy throughout the day. I also have concerns that the regular vibrations may be causing damage to the property itself.
