Street lights not working

Reported via mobile in the Street light fault category anonymously at 21:33, Fri 3 December 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3158954.

Lights not working at the end of Duchy Road by the entrance to the footpath (by Duchy Close). Other street lights are also not working.

  • We can confirm the supply box for these lights is faulty and requires replacement and also a new supply to be connected.

    This issue is affecting several lights in the area, so we have requested that Western Power liaise with our contractors to plan this work as high priority.

    We are sorry that this will not be an immediate repair but trust the work will be carried out as quickly as possible.
