Damage to pavement outside Moles

Reported via desktop in the Pavement damage category by Bath and North East Somerset Council at 11:34, Wed 8 December 2021

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3167021.

We have several issues with the pavement outside our building which are damaging for us and potentially dangerous as well. The grouting between the slabs urgently needs redoing. Water is coming into our building through them and they are also a potential trip hazard for pedestrians. Also there is a huge gap between stones at the top of the steps down to the road which is a very dangerous trip hazard. And finally the bin on the pavement outside is not at all secure or sealed. It is literally just balanced on some earth so it looks like a pavement slab has been removed and the bin just put on top. This is causing severe damage through water coming in but also is dangerous as the bin is not secure. It really needs to be concreted or a slab put underneath and all properly sealed.
