2 lampposts not working at steps from Ivy Bank Park to Entry Hill

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3167859.

Lamp posts 3 and 10 not working making steps dangerous after dark. Can't get map to work.

  • Our contractors have attended and we now suspect there is an underground cable fault at this location. Further work will be needed to investigate and repair the fault. We are sorry for any inconvenience cause by the lack of lighting at present. We shall ask our contractors to attend as soon as they can and add further information here as required.

  • We are sorry this issue has not been resolved as yet. We have followed this up with our contractors and asked them to undertake the necessary works as quickly as they can. We are sorry for the delay and shall add further comments here as required.

  • Further to above we can confirm the cable repair works are planned to take place during the week of March 28th.

    We trust after the works are complete the lights will operate as normal and are sorry for the time taken and inconvenience caused.

  • Our contractors have confirmed that further repair work is planned to restore supply to the lights. Apologies for the mis -information and we trust they will attend shortly.
