On left hand side of road after Hinton Close

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3172706.

Vehicles are parking incorrectly in the layby and are parking straight on rather than IN the layby. This parking is causing an obstruction in the road as the cars are sticking out into the road. This means traffic has to go round these cars that are supposed to be parked in the layby NOT face on. I reported this previously and nothing has been done, why not?
