Surface water drain at the location shown is blocked with "silt". It drains very slowly, but in periods of rain, not quickly enough and spills onto the road.

This has been cleared once, but does need the silt dug or sucked out as this will only get worse. In cold weather, if the water has flooded the street this becomes an ice-rink!
