Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3197685.

The previously reported issue of a blocked drain ref 2748367) has been updated to ‘fixed’ but no action has been taken by any contractors to date and the problem still exists. Please can you mark the incident as ‘open’ until the blocked drain has been dealt with. Thank you
