Down the alley between Greggs and Costa
Reported via desktop in the Dangerous road surface (including ice, mud, spillage or debris) category anonymously at 10:14, Mon 27 December 2021
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3199703.
Police have been trying to call on the emergency line for a log time - no one is picking up. We have attended an incident in the early hours of this morning where a lot of blood has been left in this alley. The blood is confirmed to be Hep C and HIV contaminated. It needs cleaning asap please. Officers have left an industrial bin over the main patch but there are 4 or 5 more patches that need hosing down/ cleaning.
