Broken 20mph sign

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3202431.
Dear Sir/Madam, i wish to inform you of the broken 20 mph speed sign post at the junction of Charlcombe Lane and Richmond Road, BA1 5TT. This is a designated slow lane, and needs the signs to be visible as people hhave a great tendency to speed down this lane.
