Walking down heading to the shops and fell in this hole on the pavement
Reported via desktop in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 19:45, Mon 3 January 2022
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3213147.
There is a deep hole on the pavement which can easily be missed, I fell flat on my stomach, twisted my ankle, grazed my hands and knees, tore my coat and ruined / scratched my designer leather handbag. This can be very dangerous if an old person falls there as can easily result in broken bones or falling flat on their face as there is nothing to hold on to.

I m afraid this is not good enough! No apologies, nothing! I have been suffering from my bruises for the whole of last week and all you can offer is “30 days SLA” to fix the hole!!! How many other people can get injured again because of your negligence?? Expect to hear from my solicitor.
