Footpath blocked by vegetarian

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3214231.

The footpath here is obstructed by thorny blackberry bushes. This obstruction forces you to walk close to a low railing which causes risk of tripping and falling from a height.
