Sunken trench across road junction of Hillside Av and Clapton Road
Reported via mobile in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 22:37, Tuesday 4 January 2022
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3216345.
There is a sunken trench across the entire road left after Virgin Media installed - their job at reinstating is terrible and it has been like that for about a year now, during which time we have had to replace our car tyre twice. I reported the problem in Feb 2021 and was told it is not the councils responsibility. However the road is a council road and so, as a street works supervisor by trade, I know it is the councils responsibility to ensure that their roads are fit for purpose after any work is carried out, no matter who has worked on it.
