Pedestrian stairway through woodland accessed from Claremont Walk
Reported via mobile in the Excessive or dangerous littering category anonymously at 13:29, Wed 5 January 2022
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 23 minutes later. Council ref: 3217701.
This heavily used pathway is thick with mud - 2 inches thick. It is the main pedestrian thoroughfare from Fairfield Park to St Stephens School and is used by hundreds of people all day. It really is hazardous and I have no recollection of it being cleaned in 2021 at all. It will require scraping with a spade as well as a broom. Due to overgrown brambles the street light located on Claremont Walk does not shed light onto the pathway at the bottom of the hill where there are 2 steps which can't be seen.
