VAS not working

Reported via desktop in the Road sign damage category by Freda Monica Trinder at 11:44, Thursday 6 January 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3220020.

In addition to no speed limit signs the VAS by the church in the village has not worked for 2 days. School has now started and the traffic is flying past well in excess of 30mph which is really dangerous. Please can this be sorted as soon as possible.

  • It is fixed for the moment but is so unreliable that I fear for the children and their parents at the start and end of the school day. A light controlled sign is DESPERATELY required as soon as possible.
