Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3231622.

There is mud and leaves on the road and pavement at the very top of Kipling Avenue where the road meets Shakespeare Avenue and near the entrance to Alexandra Park, and this includes the pavement, gutters, kerbs, as well as against the side fence of 96 Shakespeare Avenue. Would appreciate this very top part of Kipling Avenue being cleared of the mud, leaves and debris. Many thanks.
