Dangerously Slippery Footpath
Reported via mobile in the Pavement damage category anonymously at 09:00, Thu 13 January 2022
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3236960.
The top section of the footpath leading down from Silver Street towards the Nature Reserve is incredibly slippery even when it it is dry. The section between the pavement on Silver Street and the first bend going towards the Nature Reserve has very poor traction and is a pedestrian slip/fall waiting to happen. The surface is uneven and incredibly slippery in places. This danger is multiplied manifold when it is either damp or icy. Thus route is very busy with a large number of students moving between Somervale and Norton Hill school between classes.
