Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3238124.

Question linked to development 18/03460/FUL. Has developer/builder had required permission to cone off to restrict parking and to position a large work cabin on the highway? This has just happened with no apparent notification. Cabin will restrict line of sight for Eastville and present difficulty exiting Southbourne Gardens.

  • There is a large ISO shipping container dumped on Claremont Rd. near the intersection with Eastville. It takes an entire lane and appears linked to nearby construction site. Traffic up and down the section of Claremont is severely restricted. Entry and egress to Eastville dangerously limited. This was done without any notification or request for comment.
