Water spewing out of drain

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3238756.

Water is coming out of drain looks like a pipe may have burst minority but has caused the path to be wet. Concerns are with how cold it is starting to get and will freeze and a danger to people.
