Illegal parking on School Keep Clear Zig Zags

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 12:06, Fri 14 January 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3240302.

This is a regular occurrence at school drop-off and pick up. This photos shows one such recalcitrant parent who has been spoken to. There are others but I do not use this entrance regularly (it happens at Charlton Park entrance too occasionally). The Zig Zags are there for school, and road user, safety and are enforceable. In conjunction with the parking on double yellow lines this matter requires some enforcement which could change people's behaviour. I am happy to contacted to discuss, or arrange a discussion with the school (which regularly reminds all parents about breaches of parking etiquette). Perhaps the B&NES Roads Safety Team can assist, together with PCSOs.
