Slippery surface due to leaves and moss, and dislodged drain on pathway after the steps

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 23 minutes later. Council ref: 3240871.

Just after the steps the path is covered in moss and leaves that are extremely slippery. A drain has dislodged from its place and may be the cause of the issue. An elderly resident has already been injured by this hazard.
