Speed indicator not working

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3241356.

The traffic speed indicator has a solar panel on top of the pole but no speed indicator. This has been out of action for months or may never have been functional in the first place. This section of road is notorious for speeding traffic and needs to be calmed by having a funcioning speed indicator
