Double man hole cover in middle of rd

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3241694.

Every time a vehicle drives over the manhole cover it it is making a loud noise where it has become loose around the edges. Our house is right outside and it wakes us up at night. Have noticed it getting quite bad over the last few weeks.
