This damage to the verge has been happening for too long with the situation worsening to a health and safety issue. It is impossible to walk to the end of the pavement without the severe risk of slipping because of the amount of mud squiggling onto the pavement. Plus the damage is effecting the resident own privately owned front garden/grass which will have legal repercussions.
