Broken bottle on the pavement

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 3245930.

Someone has dropped a spirit bottle on the pavement. It is on the opposite side of the school entrance. Unfortunately none of the residents who live down that area will clean it up. There is also what look like a blood stain tissue a little bit further up towards the bus shelter on that side as well?
