Safety bollards marking road edge have snapped off

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3247323.
At least two safety bollards marking the road edge have snapped off. These are located in Mead Lane close to the junction with Avon Lane and opposite the grounds of Spion Kop house. They help prevent drivers veering into a water-filled ditch.
