Wheelie Bin Overflowing

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3254484.

This bin has is at the entrance to Greyfield Wood and heavily used by visitors to the Wood. Got several weeks the bin hasn’t been emptied. It is overflowing with dog poo bags and other rubbish. Poo bags are being left on top and chucked on the floor.

    This bin is overflowing & has a split bin bag on top of it. Poo bags & general rubbish litter the ground around it.

    Over 4 weeks since this was last emptied. This is a disgrace and now a serious health hazard
