Thousands of pieces of litter

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3257343.

From Hicksgate roundabout towards Longwell Green both sides of the dual carriageway on the A4174 Some very large pieces which would block wind screens if it blows about. Shocking state as it looks like a rubbish than green grass verges!
