  • We have looked into this issue and found it is not the council's responsibility as the tree is growing on private land and is the landowner's responsibility. The tree showed no signs of being a hazard to the highway. Please let the landowner responsible know instead, or BT regarding their apparatus. The report is now closed, further comments may not be monitored.
