Seriously overgrown Leyland cypress

Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 10:43, Sat 22 January 2022

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3258545.

The footpath linking Waldegrave Terrace BA3 3EY with Waterloo Road BA3 3ER runs underneath some very mature Leyland Cypress which are growing on the southern margin of Daneacre Road, BA3 3JS. The owners of the trees are resistant to pruning their trees back and the occupants of 49A Waterloo Road are worried that debris falling into their garden will pose a real hazard to their small children playing in the back garden. The mother is Laura Gretton who has contacted Bathnes before but with no success
