Overflowing bin

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3263104.

The bin hasn't been emptied for four weeks. Reporting again because some people are saying they have reported and the query has been closed with no action. Please empty, it is a health hazard and eyesore.
