This has been reported before about 6 months ago and was last told it would be dealt with. The blockage is still 100% and being on a hill and low point in the road, in heavy rain the water pools on top creating a very large puddle for traffic to plough through. Because water does not drain, it flows down the road. This drain seems to regularly block up suggesting there is a blockage further down inside the pipe. When it's cleared, and in heavy rain, it does not take long for water to back up again. It is a recurring problem over the last 3 years. It seems therefore this could be more work than to just empty out the drain.
