Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3270360.

Vehicle with visibly flat tyres, so in an unroadworthy condition which is blocking visability when turning out of Georgian View on to Ambleside Road to the left and has been there for quite a while.
