BA1 5TL - Request for new litter bin (Ref 30 396 82)

Ref 30 396 82 was raised on 3 October 2021, and was closed on 27 January 2022 "Does not meet criteria; No further action".
What the criteria are is unexplained, but given the length of time between request and refusal, it is supposed that a watching brief has been in place. Volunteers had continued to clear litter from around the bus stop shelter, but to make the problem clearer will no longer do so, so the request for a bin is made again, please.
Lansdown Road from Langridge Lane (BA1 9BX) to Charlcombe Lane (BA1 5TP) has been picked of litter by volunteers during the time of Covid. As that era is - hopefully - drawing to a close, and with no litter bin between Granville Road (BA1 5AB) and Hamilton Road (BA1 5SB), and there being no pull-in places for a car to transport bags of litter, the decision has been made not to pick the litter between Granville Road and Hamilton Road.
Lansdown is a main route into Bath (and also has Park & Ride buses using it) so it will be a shame that this stretch of it will again become blighted by litter.
