Investigating
Overhanging trees since 2019
Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 15:21, Thu 17 March 2022
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3396238.
I'd like to report an issue with the trees located to the rear of my property, 47 Greenbank Gardens, Bath BA1 4EF. These trees are located on council property and are growing wildly out of control, overhanging into my garden. Please could these be cut back as appropriate and all cuttings disposed of. I look forward to your swift response as this has been an issue since 2019 and has still yet to be resolved.

Still no action on this issue and overhanging branches are causing an obstruction to: 1. The cycle lane on Crown Road. 2. The steps from Crown Road to Greenbank Gardens which is very dangerous as the street light illuminating the steps is blocked causing pitch black areas at night.
